What is the price?

The price is based on your number of slot/gaming machines. Based on your needs, you can select from multiple pricing plans. You can pay month-to-month or save money by paying for a year in advance. Request more information.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can change from month-to-month to one-year, and you can also change between pricing plans. Email to make a change.

Are there additional per-user fees?

Each pricing plan includes a number of users. Beyond this number of users, there is a charge per user per month. Discounts are available for bulk purchase. We will help you to select the appropriate plan.

What are the additional costs?

None. There are no additional costs for hardware, software or support because this is a software as a service (SaaS).

What is software as a service (SaaS)?

We have invested our time and money in the Oracle software, the computer servers, and the people to keep it all running, so that you don't have to! "Software as a service" means you only pay to use the product.

What if we need an on-site implementation?

We can install our products at your site. There would be additional one-time cost for the installation and you would then pay a license fee. Our products are constructed in OBIEE which supports many database technologies including Oracle, Microsoft, and more.

Are your business partners able to answer their own questions or do they have to wait on someone to run SQL queries for them? We can create compelling dashboards against your existing data architecture that enables business users to visualize their data and answer their own ad hoc questions.

What if we wanted to create our own dashboards?

Our products are configured in Oracle's OBIEE which has a very powerful set of BI tools that are also really easy to use, such as Oracle Answers.

patron trends only needs the loyalty account number, city, state, and country, and does not have to accept the name and full address.

ABOUT FUNCTIONALITY

Can I load data from multiple locations?

Yes. Other people can submit their spreadsheets online at harvesttrends.com, and you can view all their data in detail or as a consolidated summary. This is ideal if you currently receive spreadsheets from multiple people, casinos, hotels, offices, outlets, regions, properties, franchisees or agents.

Are your products available in different languages?

Yes. Each person can choose one of 28 languages in which to view their dashboards.
